Tax Preparer – Full Time

- Prepare individual tax returns (Schedule C, rentals, capital gains/losses)
- Perform bookkeeping (check input, bank reconciliations, general ledger updates)
- Assist with S-Corp and Partnership tax returns
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Experience with Quick Books Desktop & Online, Drake Tax Software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Client-focused communication skills
- People-oriented
- Detail-oriented
- Self-motivated
