Commercial Roofing Estimator; Technical Focus

We're looking for a commercial roofing estimator who cares about accuracy and scope, not sales pressure or rushing numbers out the door.

This position is for someone who likes digging into plans and specs, catching issues before they become problems, and producing estimates that can actually be built without surprises.

If you take pride in getting it right the first time, you'll fit well here.

• Preparing detailed takeoffs and estimates for commercial roofing work
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Identifying missing scope, conflicts, and risk items up front
• Coordinating with suppliers and manufacturers when needed
• Clearly documenting assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications
• Supporting clean handoffs to project teams once jobs are awarded

• No commission pressure

• We expect estimates to be complete and correct.

• Experience estimating commercial roofing projects
• Full-time in office presence at our Kernersville, NC office
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Detail-oriented and consistent
• Comfortable working independently and owning your work
• FM, UL, and warranty knowledge is a plus
