• This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan repayment assistance program.

• Pay:
  Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, and regular salary increases.
• Paid Time Off: 50-55 days per year, including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 federal holidays, and up to 5 days paid for CME.
• Retirement:
  Traditional federal pension (vesting after 5 years) and a 401(k) with up to 5% VA contributions.
• Insurance:
  Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care (many federal insurance plans are portable into retirement).
• Licensure:
  One full, unrestricted license from any U.S. State or territory.
• CME Reimbursement:
  Up to $2,500 annually.
• Malpractice:
  Free liability protection with tail coverage provided.
• Contract:
  
  No physician employment contract or significant restrictions on moonlighting.

• U.S. Citizenship:
  Non-citizens may only be considered when qualified citizens cannot be recruited, in accordance with VA policy.
• Education:
  
  Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree or an equivalent in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
• Licensure:
  Must possess a current, complete, and unrestricted medical license in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
• Residency:
  Completion of an accredited residency in a core specialty.
• Board Certification:
  Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal or Family Medicine.
