We are seeking compassionate and positive Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide therapeutic support for patients with mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse issues.

The PMHNP will work collaboratively with our providers and therapy team in our outpatient settings, providing psychiatric services and care to the adult population, including clinical diagnosis, intervention planning, medication management, and discharge planning.

This position is part time / 3 days a week / 1099
, with a healthy Tele Health / In Office options.

• Providing psychiatric assessment and clinical diagnosis
• Coordinating care with Counselors for patient care
• Recommending treatment plan and following treatment outcomes
• Active participation in case conferences and related team-based meetings
• Prescribing psychotropic / controlled substances medication as appropriate for client care
• Working with the clinical staff towards the integration of patient health with behavioral health
• Providing client education on behavioral health issues and strategies for recovery
• TMS, Ketamine / Esketamine Therapy

• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. A current license to practice as a PMHNP in North Carolina.
• Licensed by the NC Medical or Nurse Board of Examiners and/or the ability to obtain your NC Medical License and DEA License.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Familiarity with EMR programs
• Confidence to work independently
• Willingness to take over existing patients as well as take on new patients

This is a position for someone looking for flexibility and fewer hours per week options. This is a 1099 contracted job, with revenue sharing; the provider will get paid a percentage of collections for services.
