Retail & Store Manager, Operations Manager

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
Position SummaryAs the Operations Manager, you will initiate and participate in community outreach programs, encourage and support associates and managers in serving as community members, establish and maintain relationships with key individuals or groups, represent the company, champion company-sponsored programs and events, and promote sustainability efforts. You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, analyze financial results, oversee safety and operational reviews, develop action plans, and provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
You will model exceptional customer service standards, manage customer service initiatives, resolve complaints, and drive financial performance by reviewing profit‑loss statements and controlling expenses.

- 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
