Join to apply for the Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift role at GRASS America Inc.

Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to keep production running. Troubleshoot machines and implement proactive repairs identified during daily observations. Address safety issues and communicate improvements to the team and management.

Essential Functions
  • Perform repairs, adjustments, and routine maintenance using diagnostic equipment.
  • Conduct inspections and tests, maintain documentation for preventive maintenance.
  • Support repairs and projects as requested by maintenance leads and managers.
  • Participate in staff development and training activities.
  • Install and test equipment and machinery.
  • Communicate maintenance status to relevant employees.
  • Operate hand and power tools.
  • Build, repair, and modify hand assembly machines.
  • Perform welding operations as needed.
  • Complete scheduled preventive maintenance tasks and reports.
  • Troubleshoot PLCs, servo drives, etc.
  • Attend improvement meetings and adapt to changes.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, plans, and manuals.
  • Follow safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.
  • Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
