- Position:
Full‑time - Hours per week: 36
- Schedule:
7 a.m. – 7 p.m. (3 days a week; rotating weekends and holidays) - Pay range: $32.45 – $48.70 per hour

- Engage in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence‑based practices.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
- Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, mobilize resources, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes.
- Uphold and promote a culture of safety.
- Continuously evaluate patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely according to clinical protocols and procedures.
- Demonstrate effective communication, feedback, and conflict resolution, fostering team collaboration and appropriate delegation.
- Pursue professional development, complete required education, and maintain certifications.
- Adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics, practice ethical decision‑making, respect interdisciplinary roles, and contribute to integrated, unbiased patient care.
- Appropriately delegate to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
- Float to other units, departments, or facilities within the designated service area as needed.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills appropriate to patient age groups, applying principles of growth and development across the lifespan.
- Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Active, unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license (multi‑state compact or single‑state) with privileges in the state(s) of practice.
Note: Licensed nurses practicing via telehealth/telenursing/virtual modalities must hold a license in the state(s) where the client(s) is/are located and must comply with local laws and regulations.

- Time management, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in operating computer functions (email, electronic records, digital platforms).
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently.
- Lift and support up to 35 pounds; push/pull 30 pounds; perform a sliding transfer of 150 pounds with a second person.
- Functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch for IV insertion and other procedures.
- Maneuver foot pedals on carts or machines.
- Perform physical safety interventions (e.g., restraint) when needed.
- May be exposed to chemical, hazardous waste, blood, body fluids, and communicable disease; protective clothing required.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient or unit conditions.
- Physical abilities testing may be required.
- Additional department‑specific physical requirements may apply.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN).
