Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of residential and commercial properties through a variety of landscaping tasks. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. This position reports to the Crew Supervisor.

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance.
• Utilize a variety of tools and equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Organize tools and equipment daily to keep them accessible and in good working condition
• Plant, prune, and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Monitor plant health and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed.
• Clear leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns, garden beds, and hardscaped areas to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Interact professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service. Address any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
• Work effectively with other crew members to complete tasks efficiently and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in training new team members as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping tools and equipment. Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition before use.

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and plant care. Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must be able to handle varying weather conditions.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
