* Full-time - 32+ hours per week

* Part-time - 15+ hours per week

Back of House Kitchen Responsibilities and Requirements:

* Prepare, cook, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards

* Prep cold food, salads, sandwiches, and other items daily.

* Keep the kitchen clean and orderly

* Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director

* Uphold "core values" of the business

* Complete opening or closing tasks as assigned

* Anything else your manager assigns

* Must be 16 or older to apply

Compensation:
At Chick-fil-A Kenersville, our goal is to provide fair compensation for all employees as well as clear advancement opportunities for Team Members who demonstrate leadership potential. Starting pay breakdown:

* Back of House Team Members: $12 - $15 per hour.
