Position Summary

We’re looking for a hunter who thrives on building new relationships, chasing opportunities, and winning business. The Logistics Sales Representative will prospect, develop, and grow a portfolio of shippers by delivering exceptional service, and relentless follow-up. This role requires a mix of grit, charm, and strategy — someone who loves the thrill of the chase as much as the satisfaction of a long‑term partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new business through proactive outreach, networking, and on‑site cold calls and visits.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal operations teams to ensure long‑term success.

  • Entertaining customers in ways that strengthen partnerships — travel, meals, events, and in‑person engagement are part of the job.

  • Relentlessly follow up on every lead, quote, and opportunity until a clear win or loss.

  • Negotiate pricing and service options that balance competitiveness with profitability.

  • Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure flawless service execution.

  • Track activity and results in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of pipeline, revenue, and customer interactions.

  • Represent the brand professionally and passionately at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
