HVAC Installer / Installation Technician

Dinomite Heating & Cooling – Kernersville, NC, a family‑owned company serving the Piedmont Triad.

Base pay: $20.00/hr – $30.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

Salary: commensurate with experience, potential for >$35/hr plus performance bonuses.

• Install and change‑out residential and light commercial air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
• Perform installations to local code requirements, ensuring each job passes final mechanical on the first time.
• Use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, and power tools.
• Work independently or as part of a team to identify and resolve field problems.
• Demonstrate honesty, dependability, high integrity, and represent a professional company image.
• Organize inventory to maximize operational efficiency.

• Experience with residential and light commercial installations.
• 3–5 years or more of HVAC installation experience.
• Current driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass drug test and background check.
• Own tools.

• EPA Certification.
• Experience running service and maintenance calls.
• NATE Certified.
