• Satisfy customer needs by troubleshooting systems and equipment to provide comprehensive electrical solutions.
• Conduct service calls following industry codes, safety procedures, and site‑specific protocols.
• Repair, replace, and install electrical equipment and systems in commercial, industrial, and critical power environments.
• Read and interpret electrical codes, drawings, and specifications.
• Use top‑of‑the‑line tools, technology, and automation to complete tasks efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to maintain top‑tier service standards.
• Exhibit a strong and customer‑focused work ethic with an emphasis on safety.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements based on job description.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow through on assigned tasks.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre‑hire drug screening and background check.
