Maintenance Technician in Kernersville, NC
Direct Placement
Pay: $34.32 + shift differential
Schedule & Pay- Training: Day shift for 1 year until moving to Night shift
- After Training: 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
- Work with maintenance team, engineering, and equipment suppliers to resolve issues
- Maintain assigned equipment, parts, and work areas
- Identify and report spills, hazards, or environmental concerns
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of:
- PLCs, CNC/NC controls, and automated equipment
- AC/DC motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
- Electrical systems (110V-480V, single & three-phase)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $71385.60 - $71385.60/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
