Navy Blue Scrubs
Floating: Agency will float but primary need is for the maximum-security unit
Orientation: conducted Monday through Friday from , for approximately one month

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 2 years RN experience
• Psych experience is a must – experience working in a maximum-security unit
• Preferably 1+ years nursing experience in a behavioral health setting
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience is preferred
• Must be licensed by the state of Texas or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact for appropriate discipline (RN or LVN/LPN)

Shift: Mids or Nights 5x8s Orientation will be 4 weeks; M-F 8-5pm Case types:
Behavioral Health Psych Maximum security Individuals who have been acquitted of a criminal offense and committed by the court to receive inpatient mental health services Inpatient psychiatric hospital
