What You Will Do

The Physician and Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter and Liaison is responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining qualified physicians and APPs while serving as a key relationship manager between providers and the organization. This role combines full-cycle recruitment with physician and APP engagement, onboarding coordination, and ongoing liaison support to ensure provider satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Education

High School Education

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing or related field.

Required Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, ability to manage multiple recruitment searches simultaneously, professional discretion and confidentiality, customer-service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in various computer programs (e.g. Microsoft Office 365)

Required Experience

Minimum of one year experience with recruitment processes or talent acquisition.

Preferred Experience

Experience in physician or healthcare recruitment. Experience working in a hospital, medical group, or healthcare system.
