The Licensed Vocational Nurse, under general supervision, provides routine nursing care within the limits of nursing knowledge, education, licensure, experience, and ethical and legal standards of care. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Knowledge of all activities associated with the delivery of quality nursing practices and duties assigned to this role.
• Skill in nursing practices within the scope of responsibilities assigned to this role.

Current Texas Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse and current CPR.

Possess the knowledge to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care under the direction of the Provider and Nursing Supervisor.
