Required qualifications/skills:

• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset
• Clear written and verbal communication for reporting quality data
• Comfort working onsite nights (3:00PM–1:30AM, Mon–Thu)

You clock in at 3:00PM and step into a fast-moving shop where the pace is steady and the stakes are real. Early in the shift, you sync with the floor on what’s moving and what needs extra eyes. As the evening builds, you’re tracking inspection results, documenting what you’re seeing, and sharing crisp updates so the team can keep momentum without surprises.

By late shift, you’re wrapping up records, handing off clean status to the next group, and heading out at 1:30AM knowing the night’s output is ready to meet customer expectations.
