We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Fitness Membership Sales Representative
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and is passionate about exceeding sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be responsible for actively generating leads, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships to contribute to the success of the team and the business as a whole.

• Using our patented and proprietary equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
• Prospect Calls: Reach out to prospects that are interested in our services and schedule their first appointment
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, identify their needs, and offer tailored solutions to increase sales opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Prospect and identify potential customers through various channels, including in-store interactions, community events, and digital platforms.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the service offered, ensuring you can provide accurate and persuasive recommendations to customers.
• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business.
• Promotions and Campaigns: Actively promote in-store or online sales campaigns, discounts, and special offers to maximize sales during key promotional periods.

  Collaborate with other team members and management to share sales strategies, insights, and best practices.

• Experience: 1-3 years of sales or retail experience preferred; however, a passion for sales and a results-oriented mindset can compensate for a lack of experience.

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers.

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• $15 - $18 per hour + Commission
