Client Care Assistant - Part-Time

Orwell Veterinary Group, Grange Farm Vet Hospital, Kesgrave, Kesgrave , East of England We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Care Assistant to join our team!

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, customer-focused individual to join our team! The role will be 30 hours a week on a rota of varying shifts and may require working across multiple sites.

The position is very varied, therefore we require someone who works well under pressure, and has great organisation and time management skills.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

• Greeting customers
• Answering telephones
• Taking payments
• Updating records
• Dealing with emails/reports
• Keeping up to date with our Pet health Club sign-ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals.
• Scheduling shifts and diary amendments
• Maintaining the reception area

Our ideal person is someone with good customer service skills, as they will be the first point of contact with our clients.

Orwell Veterinary Group is a well-established first-opinion veterinary practice located across three sites in Ipswich and the surrounding area. We are a kind and caring team who pride ourselves on excellent patient care. We work very well as a team and support each other where needed.

You will work 30 hours per week, usually 6-hour shifts (both earlies and lates) across all 3 sites. You will also be required to work 1-in-6 Saturday mornings at Grange Farm.
