Keswick Ministries is seeking a Director of Finance & Support Services to provide strategic financial leadership across the charity and its subsidiaries, and to oversee governance, HR, IT and back‑office systems from the Keswick base.
The post combines financial stewardship with site development and investment, and requires a servant-hearted leader prepared to work in a hybrid pattern (three days in Keswick, two days remote). A relocation package is available.
