The Borrowdale Gates Hotel is looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our hard‑working kitchen staff. We are searching for a talented person to help us maintain our excellent culinary standards at our 2 Rosette restaurant, which delivers an amazing dining experience.

• Make and create high‑quality food that meets our 2 Rosette criteria.
• Ensure all food is made to the best quality and presentation.
• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
• Contribute inventive ideas to enhance the restaurant’s reputation.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen.
• Monitor portion control and waste to optimize profitability.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, keeping the kitchen safe for food preparation.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely and maintained.

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high‑end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods and best practices.
• Passion for creating flavorful and well‑presented dishes.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
