Hours:

40 term time only

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 pro rata depending on qualification and experience (£37,500–£43,750 FTE)

• Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care by promoting Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) across services.
• Conduct functional behaviour assessments to understand needs, triggers and communication barriers.
• Develop and implement personalised, strengths‑based PBS plans aligned with individual goals.
• Work closely with individuals, families and multidisciplinary teams to support skill development, emotional regulation and independence.
• Coach and train staff to confidently apply PBS approaches, ensuring consistent and compassionate practice.
• Monitor behavioural data, evaluate outcomes and update plans to ensure effectiveness.
• Promote the reduction of restrictive practices, ensuring ethical, safe and least‑restrictive support.
• Support service stability, transitions and crisis planning while championing dignity, autonomy and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to reviews and reports and ensure compliance with safeguarding and best practice standards.
