Job DescriptionCape Fox Corporation has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Shareholder Services Manager (SSM). The SSM will manage a small team and have overall responsibility for Cape Fox Corporation (CFC) Shareholder Services duties. The team is responsible for keeping records for all meetings, organizing files, managing documents and mail, making travel arrangements, answering phones, and keeping the office organized and running smoothly.
The team also is responsible for the professional and efficient management of all incoming visitors and the management of the structural property of the CFC Joseph
C. Williams, Sr. (JCW) office as known as the Shareholder Services office.
The SSM must have knowledge of Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) laws and regulations, and quickly learn commonly used company concepts, practices, and procedures within CFC and its subsidiaries. The SSM will rely on instructions and pre-established, commonly known guidelines provided to perform the functions of the position. The SSM will develop new standard operating procedures (SOPs) when necessary. Other duties may be required at the direction of the CEO, the President of the Board of Directors, or other executives of CFC and its subsidiaries.
This position will be based primarily in the JCW office, but work will be performed offsite for corporate events. Regular office hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm to 1pm. Occasional travel is required for Board of Directors’ meetings; occasional evening and weekend work is required for corporate events and meetings.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Follow existing policies and procedures and create standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Create and deliver presentations at Board meetings and shareholder meetings/events
- Professionally interact with Board members, shareholders, corporate executives, and public
- Oversee administrative team ensuring tasks are completed on-time and with high quality. (Administrative team members are responsible for maintaining shareholder files, coordinating meetings, setting up facilities, maintaining calendars, sorting mail, answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing additional administrative tasks.)

Job Requirements- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) shareholder services required; 3 years of experience preferred.
- High school diploma required; some college experience preferred.
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office:
Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Must be able to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks and requirements.
- Must exhibit a professional, courteous demeanor and be comfortable supporting and interfacing with corporate executives.
- Must maintain confidentiality. Non-Disclosure agreement will be required.
- Excellent communication, grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Must be self-motivated requiring minimal oversight.
- Must possess ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress and deliver professional results.
- Long hours and weekends may be required to meet deliverables.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
