What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will be part of the statewide Public Assistance Eligibility Team and the first point of contact for assisting clients. Together, we will help Alaskan families and those in need reach higher levels of independence and self‑sufficiency. You will maintain case management and daily workflow while assisting the public by connecting them to a variety of public assistance programs and services offered by our agency.

The Working Environment You Can ExpectThis position joins a statewide eligibility workflow team in local Public Assistance offices across the state. The work location is our Ketchikan office at 2030 Sea Level Dr., Suite 301, Ketchikan, AK. 99901.

One year of experience that included applying statutes, regulations, program requirements, or similar criteria or guidelines in order to process, review, and evaluate such documents as applications for employment, programs or services, loans, licenses, and/or permits; documents associated with insurance or employment benefit enrollment or claims, investigations or collections; and/or tax processing, investment, real‑estate transactions, or similar work.
