VP of Engineering

Step into a vp engineering role where Critical Thinking and Java drive everything we build at Procter & Gamble. This role blends $271,000 - $375,000 pay with the autonomy to shape PHP work and a team that grows together.

• Catch the deeply technical Kafka regression in staging before it ever reaches Ketchikan customers
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable Python acceptance criteria
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools
• Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines for faster release cycles
• Sketch PostgreSQL sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Slice the builder-led technology monolith into Google Cloud services Ketchikan, AK can deploy alone

• Experience translating PHP complexity for a non-technical audience
• Track record that proves you can data-driven ship under deadline pressure
• Pattern recognition earned across many technology engagements
• A writer's ear for tone in a high-stakes email
