The Role:

Sales and Marketing Administrator
This position sits at the heart of the office, providing essential administrative support, customer service, and data management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. If you’re someone who loves structure, accuracy and supporting others, you’ll feel right es Administration
 
* Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails.
 
* Handle customer enquiries professionally and direct them to the right team.
 
* Accurately gather information and upload details into the CRM/database.
 
* Support the sales team with project follow‑up calls and general admin tasks.
 
* Help ensure deadlines are met in a fast‑paced environment.
Marketing Administration
 
* Assist with web order queries, including calling customers and identifying upsell opportunities.
 
* Send out data sheets, CAD drawings and brochures.
 
* Provide general marketing admin support as required.
Estimating Administration
 
* Register new enquiries quickly and accurately.
 
* Save and organise project information for internal teams.
 
* Monitor shared inboxes and respond or redirect promptly.
 
* Gather details for quotations and assist with price updates and amendments.
