Administration Assistant

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in North Northamptonshire to assist with the appointment of an Administration Assistant, on a 2-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

An opportunity for a detail-focused individual to support data entry and face-to-face public surveys. The role is primarily admin-based with some on-site survey work in Kettering, requiring strong accuracy, communication skills, and flexibility.

• Accurate data entry using Excel, Word, and specialist systems
• Working through data lists to convert bus stop codes and transfer outstanding stops
• Meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Conducting face-to-face bus surveys with members of the public in Kettering

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Confident communicating with the public and able to build trust quickly
• Excellent listening and people skills
• Willingness to carry out face-to-face surveys as required
