We are looking for candidates with a legal qualification ideally – or with some experience within a relevant office role – for example in estate agency or mortgage administration.
Hours of work : 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Duties will include:
* Answering the telephone and transferring calls accordingly
* Acknowledging and opening new files
* Acknowledging incoming purchase contracts
* Opening and distributing incoming post on a daily basis
* Diarising and chasing client forms
* Inputting and dealing with sales memos
* Requesting and chasing redemption figures
* Diarising and chasing purchase contracts
* Issuing Sale Contracts
If you have good administration and organisational skills, a confident telephone manner and a strong customer service ethos we would love to hear from you.
