Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme

Eligibility criteria
  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or post‑graduate qualification, plus at least one year of industry‑relevant work experience.
  • A RICS‑approved relevant HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus at least two years of industry‑related work experience.
  • Four or more years of industry‑relevant experience.

We also welcome applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.

What you need to bring
  • Eligibility for the 1‑year route to Assoc

    RICS accreditation and a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
  • A genuine passion for property and strong pathology knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build effective relationships.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, initiative and a proactive approach.
