Role Description

This is a full-time, role for a recently qualified but with some experience Construction Cost Manager, which will be based in the head office in Kettering. The Construction Cost Manager will be responsible for managing project budgets, formulating cost plans, preparing cost estimates, analysing project progress against financial targets, and reporting on variances. The role involves managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality project delivery.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams to monitor costs and provide financial guidance at various stages of the construction process.
