Role:
Electrical Project Manager
Location:
Kettering/Fareham offices, secured contracts in Slough area
Contract type:
Permanent
- End-to-end delivery of electrical installation projects (mobilisation to handover)
- Sub-contractor and supplier procurement
- Programme, budget, labour and subcontractor on site management
- Client and main contractor liaison
- Site team supervision (electricians, supervisors)
- Compliance with BS 7671 and H&S standards
- Experience as an Electrical PM/Contracts Manager in construction, preferably in the care sector
- Electrical qualification (NVQ3/City & Guilds or equivalent)
- 18th edition 7671
- SMSTS
- CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- IT/computer literate
- Asta Power project experience
