We're looking for a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in Kettering
, working closely with a child who needs tailored guidance, consistency, and encouragement to reach their full potential.

• Providing individualised support to a student with special educational needs during lessons and daily routines.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement and adapt learning strategies.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Helping to promote the child's social, emotional, and academic development
  .
• Celebrating small wins - because every step forward matters!

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly in a 1:1 or small-group setting (desirable but not essential).
• A calm, caring, and consistent approach
  , with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for inclusive education and a genuine desire to make a difference.
• Resilience and adaptability to meet a child's changing needs throughout the school day.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
