Salary: £90 - £120 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Unqualified Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Kettering
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and eager to gain hands‑on classroom experience while working towards a potential teaching career.

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting the school with daily cover needs, delivering pre‑planned lessons, and maintaining a positive and focused learning environment. You do not need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to apply—just confidence, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.

Your duties will include:

• Delivering set lessons across a range of subjects (no planning required)
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Supporting learners of varying abilities and needs
• Supervising students during lessons and transitions
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Providing support to teaching staff and contributing to school life
