Unqualified rates: £110 to £168 per day.
Qualified rates: up to £261 per day depending on experience and school.
We need "Secondary Teachers" across all subjects and "Primary Teachers" for all age groups.
LocationsNorthamptonshire, Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Thrapston, Northampton, Rutland, Lincs, Leics and surrounding areas.

As a Supply Teacher your role may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities. We tailor duties to your strengths and preferences.
- Live the duties of a Teacher as set out in the School Teachers Pay and Conditions of Employment, including planning, preparing, delivering lessons, marking, and assessing pupil attainment.
- Establish a purposeful learning environment.
- Teach structured lessons and sequences that interest and motivate children.
- Communicate learning objectives to pupils and set challenging, appropriate objectives for whole class, groups, or individuals.
- Implement a variety of teaching and learning strategies.
- Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of children in line with school policy on behaviour management, safeguarding, and health and safety.
- Mark and assess pupils’ work according to school monitoring and assessment policies.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that ensures smooth classroom running.
- Manage pupil engagement with minimal disruption.
- Ideally own transport to reach a variety of schools.
- QTS, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or relevant experience within a school.
- Effective classroom control and behaviour management techniques.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to teaching.
- IT literate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Two professional references.
