Join Freedom Leisure as an Assistant Swim Teacher and help children and adults learn to swim while delivering excellent customer service.

In this role you will assist Swim Teachers in delivering lessons, support customers of all ages and abilities, communicate with parents/guardians, supervise customers in the pool area ensuring safety and discipline, and maintain a friendly, professional environment.

• Experience assisting children and/or adults in swimming lesson programmes (qualification, training, and experience)
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers
• Ability to deal with children and parents
• Level 1 Swim Teaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS check

4.75 hours per week, Monday‑Sunday rota basis. Salary up to £12.21 per hour.
