SEN Tutor - Kettering

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Tutor to work with students in the Kettering area, providing personalised, high-quality support that makes a real difference.
Student needs- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs)
- Learning difficulties (e.g., dyslexia)
- Students out of mainstream education
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet EHCP targets and individual learning styles.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students and families.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback.
- Support students in building confidence, independence, and engagement with learning.
- Sessions may take place in the home, school, or community setting, depending on the individual student's needs.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) preferred, or significant tutoring experience.
- Experience working with SEN pupils in UK settings.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Reliable, patient, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to travel within the Kettering area.
