Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant
Do you have a passion for helping children with additional learning needs thrive? We are currently recruiting committed and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to work in welcoming and inclusive schools throughout the Kettering area.

This role offers the chance to play a vital part in supporting pupils' learning, confidence, and personal development within a positive school setting.

The Role

Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support to pupils with a variety of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

Support teachers and SENCOs in implementing personalised learning strategies and education plans.

Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.

Encourage pupils' social, emotional, and sensory development.

Assist with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and inclusive learning practices.

About You

Calm, compassionate, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in SEN support.

Confident working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents.

Experience working with children with SEN or additional needs is highly beneficial.

A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
