Your New Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, which may include autism, speech and language needs, learning difficulties, sensory needs, or behavioural challenges.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students
• Assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging and accessible learning experiences
• Promote independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours
• Ensure consistent, safe and high-quality support in line with safeguarding expectations �?

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

• GCSE/O Level or equivalent
• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
