This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in education, or for experienced cover supervisors looking for their next role. The position is full-time and will run throughout the academic year.

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Delivering pre-set work across a range of subjects
• Ensuring a calm and productive learning environment
• Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons

• Have strong communication and organisational skills
• Be confident managing a classroom environment
• Have experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Be flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification (preferred, not essential)
• This role is ideal for graduates considering teacher training, individuals with experience in youth work, sports coaching, tutoring, or those returning to education-based roles
