Essential
- Proven track record of outstanding Media teaching
- Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum requirements for the subject
- Experience of teaching Media at Key Stage 4 and 5
- Proven track record of strong and effective behaviour management strategies
- Excellent ICT skills
- Ability to analyse data and use it purposefully to inform planning in order to have a positive impact on student outcomes
- Creativity, energy and enthusiasm
- Evidence of working effectively under pressure
- Experience of teaching IT at Key Stage 3 and 4
- Experience of teaching IT at Key Stage 5
- Experience of being, or willingness to be, an examination marker now or in the future
