is recruiting General Tutors across North Northamptonshire to provide 1:1 Maths and English support for children and young people accessing alternative provision and local authority-funded education.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners outside of mainstream education, delivering tailored sessions in homes, libraries, and community settings.

About the Role

You will support pupils with:

GCSE Maths & English
KS3 intervention and catch-up support
Functional Skills Maths & English
Literacy and numeracy development
Exam preparation and confidence-building
Re-engagement with learning
Some learners may also have additional needs such as:

SEN & SEND
EHCPs
Autism (ASC)
ADHD
SEMH needs
School avoidance or anxiety

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
