About the role
Justteachers is recruiting an experienced SEN Maths Teacher for a specialist school in Kettering. This full-time role begins in September 2026 and is expected to continue for the academic year. The successful candidate will deliver engaging Maths lessons tailored to pupils with additional learning needs, supporting both academic achievement and confidence building.
Responsibilities- Deliver differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Adapt teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs
- Track pupil progress and provide targeted interventions
- Work collaboratively with support staff and SENCOs
- Foster positive relationships and classroom engagement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths within SEN or alternative provision settings
- Strong classroom management skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one
- Two professional references from the last two years
