Distribution Centre, Northamptonshire (Relocation package available)

£64,086 P/A starting salary, £75k-£85k available with overtime.

4on4off shift pattern (Days & Nights)

Role Responsibilities

Maintenance within a high speed, fully automated distribution centre.
Breakdown rectification including fault finding and repair.
Fault finding utilising PLC's, Multimeters, Schematics.
Replacing mechanical and electrical components.
PPM maintenance and routine servicing of machinery.
Ad-hoc projects and installation of machinery.

Progression

Clear path towards Maintenance Team Leader or PLC Programmer.

Development

Initial training and induction, regular 121's, personal development plans, training from Lead Engineers as well as paid courses.

Entry Requirements

City & Guilds, NVQ or BTEC Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Maintenance or Installation ideally gained through a recognised apprenticeship.
5 Years minimum experience in automated/high speed environments Food & Beverage, FMCG, Packaging or bespoke manufacturing.
Ambitious and development focused.
