Senior Electrical Project Manager

About the Role

A leading, award winning, established and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services to commercial and industrial buildings seeks the appointment of an experienced and commercially talented Senior Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in M&E / Building Services electrical installation project management.

The project manager will play a key role in the company's planned growth and continued success.

Candidates must be based or able to commute to the Kettering area with ease.

• Lead and manage electrical installation projects up to £25M, including hospitals, industrial sheds, units for manufacturing, data centres and other commercial/industrial schemes.
• Work directly with main contractors, organized in‑house electrical teams, specialist electrical engineers and subcontractors to deliver comprehensive installations.
• Conduct client‑facing meetings, liasing regularly with on‑site Electrical Project Managers, Electrical Site Managers, Electrical Supervisors and electrical installation engineers.
• Provide strong leadership, maintain professionalism and integrity, and support the company's stable and varied project portfolio.

• Extensive experience in managing electrical installations, preferably on schemes up to £25M in commercial/industrial settings.
• Background in M&E / Building Services with proven project management and delivery experience.
• Experience dealing with main contractors and coordinating with specialist electrical engineers and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial mindset, electrical bias and a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in hospitals and high‑voltage (HV) installations is highly desirable.
