Senior Mechanical Project Leader Defence MEP

We re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead mechanical delivery across major, multi-disciplinary defence projects. You ll take ownership from tender through to completion driving performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.

What you ll be doing:

• Lead mechanical packages through tender, design, procurement and delivery
• Oversee the full lifecycle: installation, commissioning and handover
• Ensure technical compliance with specifications, drawings and engineering standards
• Develop and manage project programmes, setting milestones and tracking delivery
• Identify and mitigate risk while maximising opportunities
• Apply robust project controls to ensure efficient and compliant execution

What we re looking for:

• Proven track record delivering large-scale MEP projects to programme and budget
• Strong technical/engineering qualifications
• SMSTS minimum with solid H&S knowledge
• Experience in MEPH testing and commissioning
• Confident leader with experience managing teams
• Ability to manage complex interfaces and multiple disciplines
