Mechanical HVAC Engineer – No Call Out
Location: Kettering
Salary: £40,000 – £42,000 per annum
Permanent position for a mechanically biased HVAC maintenance engineer, to work as part of a 3‑person engineering team on a static site in Kettering. Working days Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Planning and performing preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks – filter changes, air handling unit maintenance, split systems for air conditioning.
- Minor reactive works.
- Contractor management.
- Minor fabric works – e.g., basic plumbing.
- Qualified in mechanical engineering or plumbing (City & Guilds or NVQ).
- Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Happy to tackle all aspects of facility maintenance.
- FGAs qualification highly desirable.
- Basic salary up to £42,000 per annum.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
