Lead Engineer, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic, HVAC Tech ​/ Heating Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for an established building services company based in Kettering. GH Engage is recruiting for a Lead Engineer with the opportunity to upskill and develop your career within the Facilities industry.

• Carry out completion of PPMs and Reactive maintenance
• Conduct emergency light testing & fire alarm testing
• Maintain AHUs, FCUs, strainers, distribution boards, plumbing, and all-round building maintenance
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales, managing workload accordingly
• Work closely with the Technical team to maintain consistently high service levels
• Manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs
• Communicate effectively, building and maintaining positive working relationships internally and externally
• Maintain accurate service records with all relevant information within agreed timelines
• Undertake all reasonable requests in line with this role and wider business requirements
• Adhere to all H&S legislation when carrying out duties

• Qualified in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or Plumbing
• Experience with in the Facilities Industry
• Ability to build positive client relationships
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working within a team environment

• Paying up to £50,000
