Purpose of the role:
To be part of the day-to-day operational management of the Council's Repairs and Maintenance Team, providing a high quality and cost effective repairs and maintenance function. Carrying out void surveys for specification, site safety visits, work in progress visits, snagging & post inspections.
Hybrid working

37 hours per week
£35 - £40 an hour
