- SetupBacspaymentsforsalariesandHMRCpayments
- Uploadpensioncontributionsusingdifferentschemeproviders
- Updateandmaintainallpayrollrecordsasprocessed
- Toliaisewithkeycontactsforclientsonpayrollrelatedqueries
- Undertakepayrolladministrationincludingsettingupnewstarters,HMRCtaxcodeschangesandstudentloanupdates
- Calculateterminationpayments,statutory sickness,maternity,paternity,sharedpaternalleaveandadoptionpayments
- AssistwithproducingP
11ds - Processsalaryincreasesandcalculationofbackpayasnecessary
- ProcessmonthendRTIsubmissionsandreconciliationofclientsgovernmentgatewayaccount

60s - GCSEMathsand Englishorequivalent
- IdeallyCIPPqualifiedorworkingtowards
- 25yearspreviousexperienceinrunningmultiplepayrolls

- Abilitytomeetdeadlines
- Excellentorganisationskills.
- Flexibilitytobeabletoworkonowninitiativeandwithinateam
- Experienceinusingpayrollsystems(wecurrentlyuse
SAGE) - Demonstrableexperienceinmanagingemployeeandclientqueries
- Experienceofprocessingpaymentsandpensionuploads
- Excellentcommunicationskillswithstaffatalllevels
Theroleistosupportthe
Companyinthedeliveryofitspayrollsupporttoclientsacrossthe
UKbyprocessingpayrollsandprovidingtechnicalsupportandadviceforourclients.
Salary:c.£30,000perannum
Hours:
9.00-5.30pm(40hpw).
