Finance Analyst – Supply Chain (Global Depots & Transport)
Location: Islip/Kettering (hybrid 2 – 3 days per week)

Primark is looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Supply Chain Finance team, supporting 12 global depots and our transport operations
. This role sits within a small, collaborative team and is ideal for someone who enjoys heavy reporting
, partnering with operational teams, and driving improvements in how data is used across the business.
You’ll support day‑to‑day reporting, period‑end consolidation, and the transition from manual reporting to automated dashboards
.
Experience with
Power BI or similar tools is a strong advantage.
Supply chain, depot, warehousing, or distribution experience is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do- Support period‑end journals and prepare consolidated summary reports
- Work with Finance Managers across 12 global depots
- Support tax queries, audits, and governance reviews
- Provide key inputs for business cases and investment decisions
- Partner with Senior Finance BPs to deliver insights and recommendations
- Build strong relationships across Supply Chain, FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Operations
- Help transition reporting from manual processes to automated dashboards
- Support transport operations with accurate, timely reporting
- Stay aware of supply chain trends, operational performance, and commercial impacts
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred)
- Ability to interrogate financial & non‑financial data and build clear, logical models
- Experience in supply chain, depots, warehousing, distribution, retail (preferred)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders
- Strong commercial instinct and ability to interpret operational impacts
- Highly organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working at pace
- Degree‑educated and ideally a qualified accountant (2–3 years PQE)
You’ll play a key role in shaping how Supply Chain Finance supports a global logistics network—driving better reporting, better insights, and better decisions across our depots and transport operations.
